Flowered mirror :

Instructions:
  • Cut two cups from your egg carton (you will need two cups for each rose you want to make. The edges of the cups can be slightly scalloped for a more realistic rose.
  • Then soak the cups in water for about 5 minutes.Cut a slit in one of the cups and open up the
  • cup. Now roll up the cup and pinch the bottom together to make the center of the rose.Put the center into the other cup and pinch the bottoms together to shape the outer petals of your rose.
  • Set them aside to dry. 
  • Finally glue the flowers to the mirror frame.

Brake fern

Brake Fern adapts well to average indoor conditions, earning it another common name: Table Fern. Many different varieties are available and they vary in leaf
shapes and variegations. 

Some have frilly frond tips and some sport creamy white or silvery white stripes. 
All make attractive accents for a room.
  • Height: 6 in to 2 ft (15 cm— 60 cm), depending on the variety
  • Light: Moderate to bright (indirect) light. It also thrives under fluorescent light.
  • Water: Keep the potting mix lightly moist at all times.
  • Temperature: Cool nights (50-55ºF/10-13ºC) and warm days (60-70ºF/16-21ºC) will make this fern feel at  home.
  • Soil: Any good-quality potting mix  with added perlite for good drainage

Garlic chicken and pasta

Ingredients:
■ 2 cloves garlic, minced
■ 2 tsp. olive oil
■ 3 oz. batch-cooked chicken breast (or use skinless
rotisserie chicken)
■ 1/2 cup batch-cooked whole-grain pasta
■ 1 cup chopped tomatoes
■ 1/4 cup batch-cooked white beans (or use canned
white beans, rinsed and drained)
■ 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
■ 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
■ Salt and pepper
Method: Saute garlic in oil for 1 minute, add chicken and pasta and cook until heated, 5 to 6 minutes. Toss tomatoes, beans and chives with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
