Requirements:Who can develop effective relationships with

Eligibility:
1. Saudi Nationals
2. Should possess good knowledge in Recruitment and selection, local and international.
3. Independently develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate
and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
4. Produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
5. Should know about the latest labor laws,HRDF and related departments.
6. Minimum graduate degree qualified in human resources or equivalent.
7. 5 – 10 years of experience in Human resources Management.
8. Candidate should possess good interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
9. Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
