Ingredients:
■ 2 cloves garlic, minced
■ 2 tsp. olive oil
■ 3 oz. batch-cooked chicken breast (or use skinless
rotisserie chicken)
■ 1/2 cup batch-cooked whole-grain pasta
■ 1 cup chopped tomatoes
■ 1/4 cup batch-cooked white beans (or use canned
white beans, rinsed and drained)
■ 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
■ 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
■ Salt and pepper
Method: Saute garlic in oil for 1 minute, add chicken and pasta and cook until heated, 5 to 6 minutes. Toss tomatoes, beans and chives with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
If you’re a young teen, all you really need is mascara and lip gloss. You can add in the eyeliner when you like — brown or even purple is great for everyday, while black is great for nights or weekends when you want that extra drama.
Don’t wear full foundation as you probably don’t need it yet — use a bit of concealer just on your
blemishes. Use your finger to apply, but make sure you wash your hands right before you touch your face.
If you feel your skin is oily, use just a little bit of pressed powder with a sponge to apply and pat it just where you need it (usually on the forehead and around the nose and chin)

Peanut butter-2 tablespoon
Raisins-5 or 6
How to Make :Take two slices of bread . Mix butter, Honey and raisins together. Spread the mixture between the bread slices.Your sandwich is ready.
