Despite the current global economic crisis, Abu Dhabi continues to enjoy a relatively healthy job market as revealed by around 3,000 new job opportunities on Jobs.the website is Abu Dhabi — www.jobs.abudhabi.ae — an e-government initiative by the emirate.
The job placement site, which was launched on October 19 last year, offers effective virtual job market solutions with over three million resumes available for government and private sector entities to search through as well as hundreds of vacancies for job-seekers to choose from.
The website also aims to provide employment data to the government and help drive government initiatives such as the development of underdeveloped regions and the creation of women-friendly work environments.
